Descripció de l'oferta

This job opportunity will be managed through the Job Marketplace of Digital Talent organized by Barcelona Activa in collaboration with the Cercle Tecnològic de Catalunya and the Mobile World Capital Barcelona Foundation. The event will take place on June 11, from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM, at the Nou Barris Technology Park.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Steer the international project of Employee Central implementation in Deutsche Telekom from business (HR) perspective
Lead the functional implementation team in HR HQ
Secure the successful roll-out in 20+ countries
Steer the IT implementation partner (T-Systems) as well as the vendor (SAP Successfactors)
Steer escalations
Consult (internal) customer on best practice process implementations
Define a global template for data and processes
Conduct regular status update calls
Manage stakeholder
