About the Role
10x Team connects expert freelancers with leading AI labs building next-generation models. We are looking for knowledgeable account managers based in the EU or UK to enhance the accuracy, depth, and real-world relevance of AI-powered business systems.
What You Will Do
Review and refine AI-generated outputs related to account management, client communication, business documentation, and practical aspects of client service
Evaluate AI responses for accuracy, practicality, and compliance with real-world client requirements
Draft realistic account management scenarios informed by your direct professional experience
Create scenario variations from different perspectives (e.g. account manager, client, project stakeholder, or executive)
Identify gaps, oversights, or weak logic in AI-generated account management content
In simple terms:
You will assess and improve AI-generated content, ensuring it reflects true account management logic, authentic client relationship documentation, and practical procedures. Rather than conducting traditional account management, you’ll apply your expertise to help AI systems understand and reason about best practices at scale.
Who You Are
A senior-level account manager with significant professional experience within the EU or UK
Experienced in advising on, preparing, and executing account management strategies
Skilled at evaluating client relationships, communication processes, and requirements
Comfortable working independently and providing structured, critical feedback
Available for 8–20 hours per week, with prompt availability
