Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated Account Manager to join our team in Greece. This is an onsite position. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients while ensuring the successful implementation and use of Novoville's solutions. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality support to the end users of our clients' platforms
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, addressing inquiries and providing timely resolutions
- Understand clients' needs and goals, ensuring our solutions align with their requirements
- Handle the onboarding of new clients (start to finish)
- Provide training on Novoville products to our clients (either onsite or online)
- Monitor account performance, create monthly reports and understand possible risks
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver clients requests
- Identify opportunities for upselling additional services
- Assist with general office management tasks when needed (e.g. front desk, supplies, correspondence, and administrative support)
