Green World Compounding, a Vinmar company, is dedicated to sustainable and eco-friendly manufacturing solutions. We specialize in producing high-quality low-density pellets and fiberglass compounds for various industries.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to grow our sales initiatives for our recycled polyethylene plastic business in Europe. The successful candidate will identify, develop, and maintain relationships with manufacturers and users of recycled plastic products—such as packaging, automotive, construction, and consumer goods companies—helping them integrate sustainable materials into their production processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with manufacturers using or transitioning to recycled plastic materials.
  • Develop and manage a portfolio of industrial clients across Spain and rest of Europe.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, product applications, and sustainability trends.
  • Present and promote the company’s range of recycled resins, compounds, and flakes to potential buyers.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to achieve profitable growth targets.
  • Collaborate with the logistics and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and high customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and CRM data.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and sustainability conferences.
