Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Develop comprehensive expertise in organizational systems, workflows, and financial processes to support operational excellence.

  • Ensure full compliance with accounting policies, corporate reporting standards, and all applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

  • Review and oversee the work of finance team members to ensure efficient and smooth execution of Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and General Ledger functions.

  • Manage monthly financial closing activities, ensuring accurate and timely completion of month-end accounts.

  • Monitor and maintain proper tracking of fixed assets and inventory movements.

  • Prepare and submit GST returns accurately and in accordance with statutory deadlines.

  • Ensure appropriate revenue and expense recognition in compliance with Financial Reporting Standards (FRS).

  • Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and corporate secretaries on statutory compliance matters, corporate tax filings, and regulatory submissions.

  • Provide guidance and support on finance-related matters across the organisation.

  • Any ad hoc duties as assigned by manager

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline, ongoing ACCA, ACCA graduates or equivalent with relevant working experience
