WalkMe is expanding its AI capabilities, and we’re looking for an AI Product Adoption Engineer who thrives on hands-on execution, customer proximity, and getting real AI solutions live in the field.

This is a boots-on-the-ground position for someone who is energized by rolling up their sleeves, working side-by-side with customers and internal teams, and doing what it takes to get AI products fully implemented, adopted, and delivering value.

You will work directly with customers, sales and post-sales teams, Product Managers, and Engineers to ensure WalkMe’s AI capabilities are live, working, and embedded into real enterprise workflows.

If you’re excited by driving large-scale AI adoption, building internal champions, and spending time with customers to get AI solutions up and running, this role is for you.

What will you actually be doing?

  • Owning AI adoption across our global customer base.

  • Defining, executing, and continuously improving adoption approaches based on what works in real customer environments.

  • Acting as a go-to resource for customers and internal teams when AI needs to be explained, implemented, or unblocked.

  • Clearly articulating WalkMe’s AI strategy, product value, and differentiation internally and externally.

  • Serving as a trusted, highly credible product expert to help internal teams and customers move confidently from experimentation to production usage.

  • Building and maintaining a real-world AI use case library grounded in customer problems, solutions, and outcomes.

  • Applying strong discovery skills to understand customer challenges, diagnose root causes, and map them to WalkMe’s AI capabilities.

  • Partnering closely with Product Managers to surface gaps, opportunities, and required improvements.

  • Bringing structured feedback and market intelligence from the field to help shape the AI roadmap.

  • Staying deeply connected to Engineering and Product to understand WalkMe’s technical strengths, constraints, and evolution.

What should you bring to the table?

  • 3+ years of experience in customer-facing, execution-heavy roles such as Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, Professional Services, or Customer Success.

  • Proven experience working directly with customers to implement and adopt complex products.

  • Strong technical aptitude and comfort working with AI-powered products.

  • A highly customer-centric mindset and willingness to roll up your sleeves and stay engaged until things actually work.

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and practically.

  • Native-level English.

  • Curiosity, adaptability, and enthusiasm for driving AI adoption at scale.

  • Ability to work independently, learn quickly, and thrive in a fast-paced, global, agile environment.
