We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant to join the Arts & Entertainment Account Management team at MARI on a fixed-term basis. This is an entry-level role at the heart of MARI’s live events partnerships business, sitting within the Account Management team and supporting the delivery of sponsor partnerships across a portfolio of major UK events. You’ll work closely with the Senior Account Director and wider team, with direct impact on the quality and consistency of partner experiences across the portfolio.

As a key support across the team, you’ll assist with day-to-day administration, deliverable tracking, and on-site delivery across events including Taste of London, Big Feastival, Glide and Winter Wonderland. This is a hands-on, learning-focused position for someone who is proactive, highly organised, and eager to build a career in live events and partnerships. If you’re energised by live experiences and want to understand how brand partnerships come to life from the inside - this role is the perfect place to start.

This is a fixed-term contract role (4 months) and qualified candidates must be based in Chiswick Park, London. Hours are 9:00am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend and evening work required during events.

●      Support the preparation of client materials, presentations and meeting documents.

●      Take clear and accurate notes in internal and client meetings, and distribute follow-ups where required.

●      Help maintain trackers and status documents to ensure deadlines are met across multiple projects.
