  • Lead the full content ecosystem across key owned and organic channels, including social media, website, blogs, EDM newsletters, in-app content, product education, and campaign content.
  • Develop and manage the content roadmap, translating business priorities, campaign plans, product features, travel moments, and cultural trends into engaging content that builds awareness, trust, engagement, and conversion.
  • Drive YouTrip’s social media strategy and day-to-day content planning, including platform strategy, content pillars, publishing calendar, caption writing, content ideation, community-facing content, and campaign amplification.
  • Lead website and blog content planning, including SEO-led articles, product explainers, travel guides, educational content, and evergreen content that strengthens YouTrip’s visibility and authority.
  • Plan and execute EDM and in-app campaign content in collaboration with product teams, ensuring newsletters, campaign announcements, and promotional messages are clear, engaging, and conversion-focused.
  • Support integrated marketing campaigns by developing campaign narratives, content angles, messaging frameworks, creative briefs, and channel-specific content adaptations across social, website, EDM, in-app, PR, partnerships, and paid channels.
  • Guide creative and content production by working closely with designers, videographers, creators, agencies, and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality assets that meet brand standards, campaign objectives, and channel requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional team members including Product, Data, Customer Support, and regional teams to ensure content and brand initiatives are aligned, well-executed, and performance-informed.
  • Measure and report on brand and content performance, including social engagement, content reach, website/blog traffic, EDM performance, campaign content effectiveness, and audience insights to guide ongoing optimisation.

You are:

  • Brand-First in Your Thinking: you understand how to build a brand from the ground up and can translate strategy into consistent messaging, narratives, and creative storytelling across all channels.
  • A Strong Storyteller: you know how to simplify complex product propositions into clear, engaging, and consumer-friendly content across social, web, blog, EDM, in-app, and campaign formats.
  • Socially & Culturally Fluent: you understand internet culture, consumer behaviour, travel trends, social platforms, and content formats, and can spot relevant moments for the brand to participate in.
  • SEO & Content-Led: you understand the value of evergreen content, search intent, keyword-led planning, product education, and long-form content in building organic discovery and trust.
  • Technically Savvy: you are comfortable with marketing tools, content management systems, social media platforms, analytics dashboards, AI tools, and CRM/email platforms, and can use data to guide content and campaign decisions.
  • A Natural Campaign Storyteller: you can support integrated campaigns by developing the right messaging, content angles, creative direction, and channel adaptations across social, EDM, blog, in-app, paid, PR, and partnership touchpoints.
  • An Excellent Multi-Tasker: you thrive in a fast-moving environment. You can manage multiple content workstreams, campaign deadlines, stakeholders, and approvals without losing sight of quality.
  • A Fearless Self-Starter: you take ownership, suggest bold ideas, and execute with confidence. You are comfortable getting hands-on with writing, briefing, coordinating, editing, reviewing, and troubleshooting when needed.
  • Strategic Yet Practical: you can zoom out to see the bigger brand and content direction, while still being tactical enough to execute, optimise, and solve day-to-day content and campaign challenges.
