We are hiring an Associate Account Manager in our Chennai (Hybrid) office. You’ll provide executional excellence for all IO generation and campaign setup needs on an aligned book of business. You’ll assist the AM function in customer reporting needs and campaign analysis.
What you’ll do
Manage all operational requests related to the campaign life cycle including IO generation (CPQ), campaign configuration and creative upload and scheduling (Quantcast Platform)
Ensure 3PAS reporting is set-up for relevant Quantcast Advertise customers
Own customer report generation, with support from AMs and Account Directors - delivering ‘right first time’ attention to detail.
Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously, within tight deadlines. Possess strong QA skills, understanding and identifying problems before they arise.
Learn to prioritize internal and external requests, understanding impact and severity level.
Clearly communicate campaign timelines and deliverables
Identify any opportunities/problems arising from misalignment or misunderstanding.
Become proficient in workflows and systems needed to set up and maintain our advertising campaigns.
Ability to effectively consult with internal and external customers regarding challenges, translating technical information to non-technical audiences.
Ability to simplify complex data-backed insights for non-technical audiences, and to present them confidently.
Deliver campaign analysis, in the form of email, ppt; be comfortable presenting insight and recommendations back to end customers.
Have strong critical thinking capabilities; able to interpret complex insights to provide recommendations to your customers.
Who you are
BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related technical field preferred.
2-3 years industry experience with knowledge of the Online Advertising/ Programmatic Ad-serving industry.
Experience with Ad Servers, DMPs, SSPs, Ad Exchanges, Tag Implementation platforms, and Integrations.
Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot languages such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS.
