Our business is led by a highly experienced Managing Director focused on building a substantial business delivering advisory services across Restructuring & Financial Advisory.  With a strong presence internationally, Interpath is dedicated to understanding the nuances of diverse markets, ensuring we deliver tailored and effective advisory services to provide solutions to the complex issues facing business today.

We are currently looking for an Associate who will have the opportunity to work on restructuring, advisory and insolvency case work with the potential to gain exposure to other specialisms within the business. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on some of the highest profile advisory and insolvency assignments across the region, providing services to our clients including:

  • All forms of corporate insolvency appointments to entities from sole traders to partnerships, limited companies, and PLCs
  • Restructuring advice to companies who are under performing or experiencing liquidity problems, and/or to the key stakeholders
  • Accelerated M&A advice through the acquisition or sale of companies
  • Turnaround support including cost reduction and working capital improvement
  • Options reviews to help businesses and/or their stakeholders take the correct action to mitigate their challenges
  • Cash forecasting and ongoing cash management

Key Accountabilities:

  • Participate actively on engagements while working as part of a team, mostly supporting senior team members across various projects
  • Perform research and support seniors in analysing issues on challenging client situations and assessing business options, which may include formal insolvency processes
  • Communicate with clients on specific assignments, providing updates to seniors, engagement managers or leaders
  • Develop strong relationships with stakeholders in different engagements 
  • Work independently on assigned tasks, adhering to project scope and tight timelines
  • Contribute to business development efforts as opportunities arise
