TeamDynamix is seeking a hands-on Automation Builder to join our remote Product organization. In this role you'll design, build, and maintain automation and integration templates on the TeamDynamix no-code platform, helping customers get rapid value from our iPaaS, Conversational AI (CAI), and emerging AI & Automation products. This role suits someone who can contribute production-ready templates leveraging existing experience from the platform.
What You'll Do:
Build:
Design, build, and ship automation templates, integration templates, and CAI tasks on TeamDynamix iPaaS and CAI.
Build reusable templates that solve novel, high-value problems faced by thousands of IT organizations, expanding what customers can achieve on the platform.
Translate product specs and customer requirements into working, scalable automations.
Identify opportunities for new templates based on platform capabilities, customer feedback, and emerging use cases.
Test, document, and maintain:
Own thorough testing and QA before each template release.
Write clear, easy-to-follow setup guides and configuration documentation that implementation teams and customers can understand.
Maintain and improve existing templates as the platform evolves.
Collaborate with Product to address template questions, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
Required Qualifications:
Hands-on experience building on TeamDynamix iPaaS and/or Conversational AI (CAI).
3+ years in IT, IT service management, or a related technical role.
Demonstrated experience building on no-code/low-code automation or integration platforms.
Working knowledge of ITSM concepts and workflows (incident, request, change).
Solid grasp of REST APIs, data structures, and core programming concepts.
Clear documentation skills, able to write setup guides that implementation teams and customers can easily follow.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with TeamDynamix Work Management and/or IT Asset Management (ITAM).
Scripting ability in PowerShell, JavaScript, or a similar language.
Experience with other iPaaS or automation platforms (Workato, Power Automate, Zapier, Boomi, MuleSoft, Flowgear).
Service desk, systems administration, or frontline IT experience.
Familiarity with other ITSM platforms (ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, Freshservice).
ITIL Foundation, HDI, or a related certification.
Baseline understanding of AI capabilities, strengths, and limitations.
