Role Overview

We are seeking a Business Development Representative to support pipeline growth through a combination of outbound prospecting and inbound lead qualification. This role focuses on engaging prospects across B2B and B2C markets, identifying opportunities, and setting qualified meetings for the sales team in a high-velocity sales environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound outreach via cold calling, email, and social channels

  • Respond to and qualify inbound leads from marketing initiatives

  • Engage prospects in discovery conversations to assess needs and fit

  • Generate and schedule qualified meetings and product demos

  • Maintain accurate records of activities, leads, and outcomes in the CRM

  • Follow established sales processes and messaging frameworks

  • Consistently meet activity and opportunity creation targets

Required Qualifications

  • Experience in B2B and/or B2C sales, sales development, or lead generation

  • Prior experience working remotely, with fluency in remote collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar; candidates without prior remote work experience will not be considered

  • Experience working with US or UK-based companies

  • Comfort with outbound calling and written prospecting

  • Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar

  • Strong communication skills and a results-driven mindset

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exposure to inbound lead qualification or appointment setting

  • Experience in a high-volume sales or contact environment

  • Familiarity with multi-channel outreach

Tools & Technology

  • CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)

  • Dialers and sales engagement tools

  • Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace
