AnthroMed Education is seeking a passionate and motivated Clinical Fellow Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CF) for a full-time, school-based opportunity in Odessa, Delaware for the 2026–2027 school year.

This position supports both kindergarten and middle school students on a shared campus and offers an excellent opportunity for a new graduate seeking mentorship, collaboration, and hands-on school-based experience during their Clinical Fellowship Year.

You’ll join a highly supportive educational team with access to strong clinical collaboration, AAC resources, and experienced professionals committed to helping early-career SLPs grow and succeed.

Position Details

  • Full-Time, Onsite Position
  • 2026–2027 School Year
  • Approximately 35 hours per week
  • Shared campus serving kindergarten and middle school students
  • Duty-free lunch included

Caseload & Responsibilities

The selected SLP-CF will support approximately 45 students with a variety of communication disorders in a traditional blended caseload setting.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing direct speech-language therapy services
  • Conducting evaluations and writing reports
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and educators
  • Participating in IEP meetings and documentation
  • Supporting students across academic and social communication needs

This opportunity offers a manageable caseload designed to support early-career clinicians during their Clinical Fellowship Year.

  • Annual salary: $59,000–$61,000 based on experience

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Eligible for Delaware SLP licensure
  • Graduating in 2026 and preparing to begin Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
  • Passion for working with school-aged students
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
