The Role
Legend is hiring a Commercial Operations Executive reporting directly to our Senior Commercial Operations Lead. Behind every great commercial experience is a team making sure everything works exactly as it should: accurately, efficiently, and at pace.

You’ll play a key role in keeping our commercial offering accurate, competitive, and running smoothly across multiple brands and campaigns.

Your Impact:
- Updating and auditing commercial data across multiple sites.
- Performing quality assurance checks to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Use Jira to manage requests from end-to-end.
- Managing tracking links, landing pages, and promotional updates.
- Supporting campaigns, including bonuses, free spins, and seasonal offers.
- Collaborating closely with teams across Commercial, Content, Product, and Design.
- Supporting user journeys to ensure our players have the best experience [your work ensures our players see what they need to see].
What You'll Bring:
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills [this needs to be a professional working level].
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Experience of using tools like Office Suite [Teams, Outlook & Excel], Jira and Slack [or a similar tech stack to manage your work, and collaborate with your colleagues/customers].
- Extensive stakeholder management experience - you’re comfortable working cross-functionally with different stakeholders.
- Ability to follow processes while identifying opportunities for improvement: let’s ship faster, and better!
- Growth mindset: you’ll enjoy giving feedback to others and receiving feedback to improve your and the team’s overall performance.
The Interview Process:
- 1st: Initial Chat with Talent Partner (30 mins via Teams)
- 2nd: Interview with our Senior Commercial Operations Lead (1 hour video via Teams)
- 3rd: Final interview with our Head of Commercial Operations & HR Specialist (1 hour video via Teams)
