  • Translate campaign briefs into clear production plans,  timelines, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate internal teams and external suppliers to deliver creative projects efficiently
  • Manage shoot production schedules for seasonal campaigns, product launches, packaging and brand initiatives.

Shoot Planning & Execution

  • Organise and produce studio and location shoots (both internal and external), including:
  • Casting talent (chefs, models, creators)
  • Securing locations
  • Organising and ordering internal and external products required for shoots including sourcing of food and working with our in house food expert to ensure all food is planned and delivered/cooked
  • Take ownership of running shoot timings, ensuring production stays on schedule and adapts efficiently to changes.
  • Oversee shoot days to ensure smooth execution and high-quality results.

Creative Collaboration

  • Work closely with design, social, e-commerce, and marketing teams to develop engaging visual content.
  • Support creative concept development while ensuring ideas are practical, achievable, and on brand.
  • Be an active contributor within a busy creative team, collaborating across multiple projects simultaneously.

Project & Budget Management

  • Manage production budgets and negotiate with freelancers, agencies, and suppliers.
  • Track timelines and ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget.
  • Maintain production documentation including call sheets, schedules, and asset lists.

Asset Delivery & Organisation

  • Oversee post-production processes including editing, retouching, colour grading, and motion graphics.
  • Ensure final assets are delivered in the correct formats for e-commerce, advertising, and retail.
  • Help organise print quotes and asset supply for printed materials.

This is a full-time role, requiring 37.5 hours per week, with a hybrid working arrangement of 3 days in the office and 2 days remote at our Gloucester location (non-negotiable).
