We are looking for a CRM Manager to join our EGYM Wellpass Marketing Team in Munich! If you are passionate about creating personalized customer journeys and driving user engagement through data-driven campaigns, this is your opportunity to make an impact. Campaigning: You plan and execute multichannel CRM campaigns (email, push, in-app, etc.) in close collaboration with other members of the marketing team
Analysis: You track, analyze, and report on campaign performance (KPIs, conversion rates, retention) and implement ongoing optimizations
Segmentation: You ensure data quality and effective segmentation to deliver relevant and impactful communications
Automation: You are responsible for developing and optimizing automated lifecycle journeys (onboarding, re-engagement, loyalty, etc.)
Strategy: You define and implement CRM strategies that increase engagement, satisfaction, and customer retention
Collaboration: You work closely with Product, Data, and Tech teams to improve our tools and enhance user journeys
Your fitness level
Education: You hold a degree in marketing, communications, data, or a related field
Experience: You have 2+ years of full-time experience in CRM, marketing automation, or data-driven marketing
Tools: You are proficient in at least one CRM tool (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot, Braze, etc.)
Creativity: You bring a creative mindset and a strong writing style that engages and inspires
Multitasking: You are detail-oriented, data-savvy, and can manage multiple projects simultaneously
Language skills: You have excellent communication skills in both German and English
Your training goal for your first 6 months
Ownership: You have established yourself as the go-to person for CRM within the Marketing Team and in collaboration with Sales and Business Development
Impact: You have successfully launched and analyzed impactful CRM campaigns, delivering key insights and learnings
Foundation: You have laid the foundation for a structured CRM plan, including segmentation, scoring, and automation journeys
