Key Responsitbilities:

  • Create and maintain detailed customer profiles, capturing client preferences, needs, and interaction history.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and explain features, content, and functionality of company portals.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client queries and coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular engagement and proactive support.
  • Monitor product usage, identify opportunities to increase utilization, and enhance client value.
  • Address client feedback effectively to improve satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree (any discipline) or relevant professional qualification.
  • Open to freshers; internship experience is an added advantage.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive client relationships.
  • Experience or interest in customer relationship management is preferred.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong time management and multitasking skills.
