About the Role
10x Team connects expert freelancers with leading AI labs building next-generation models. We are looking for knowledgeable customer success managers based in the EU or UK to enhance the accuracy, depth, and real-world relevance of AI-powered customer management systems.
What You Will Do
Review and refine AI-generated outputs related to customer success, client engagement, support processes, and practical aspects of customer management
Evaluate AI responses for accuracy, practicality, and compliance with real-world requirements
Draft realistic customer scenarios based on your direct professional experience
Create scenario variations from different perspectives (e.g. customer success manager, client, support team, or stakeholder)
Identify gaps, oversights, or weak reasoning in AI-generated customer success content
In simple terms: You will assess and improve AI-generated content, ensuring it reflects authentic customer success reasoning, real client relationships, and practical procedures. Rather than conducting traditional customer success work, you’ll apply your expertise to help AI systems understand and reason about customer success processes at scale.
Who You Are
A senior-level customer success manager with significant professional experience within the EU or UK
Experienced in advising on, developing, and executing customer success strategies
Skilled at evaluating client engagement processes, customer requirements, and compliance
Comfortable working independently and providing structured, critical feedback
Available for 8–20 hours per week, with prompt availability
