About the Role

The Deployment Project Manager is a key role within the Litmus Customer Success team and is responsible for ensuring the successful deployment of Litmus products into our customer’s environments.

The Deployment Project manager will create and manage implementation schedules, manage issues and risks and develop and execute project communication strategies for our client-facing projects.

The Deployment Project manager will also, at times, have oversight of third-party partners who will be performing work as sub-contractors to Litmus.

What You’ll Do

  • Manages Litmus projects using a waterfall methodology through Initiation, Planning, Execution and Close Phases

  • Develop and maintain schedules, manage issues and risks for customer facing deployments of Litmus products

  • Manage scope of the project and identify / issue change requests due to changing requirements

  • Prepare project management reports for Account Management and customer stakeholders

  • Develop statement of work in conjunction with sales and account management teams, including estimates for project effort

  • Perform cost analysis for ongoing projects and recommend actions to preserve profit margin as needed

  • Hold project status meetings, take and publish minutes, ensure timely communication with customers

  • Leads handover to support of any deployment projects as part of the Closedown phase

What You’ll Bring

Must Have

  • Proven track record and experience implementing software and infrastructure projects in a manufacturing environment

  • Excellent communication, negotiation and organizational skills

  • Experience using Wrike or other Project Management software

  • Experience performing in a customer facing / interactive role

  • Self-starter and able to work independently as well as in a team environment

Nice to Have

  • PMP or other professional project manager designation is preferred

  • Background in manufacturing software or infrastructure is an asset

  • Enjoys solving problems

  • Enjoys staying up to date on new technology and continually learning new things

  • Able to adapt to change in a fast-paced environment.
