Assembly Engineer - Contract
DISHER is seeking an experienced Design Engineer for our customer in Portage, MI. They are a global leader in medical technologies and are driven to make healthcare better.

What you will get to do:
- Work with customer project team and suppliers, designing a patient restraint system.
- Exceptional use of Creo
- Design the medical device but also do documentation and development of requirements for the system (engineering drawings, specifications, etc.)
- Mentor others on the team
- This is a 3 month contract with potential for extension.

- Designing and manufacturing textiles
- Designing and manufacturing mechanisms
- Mechanical design engineering - design, build, test, system integration
- Mechanical joining, fastening, assembly
- Stackup Analysis
- 100% onsite
