What you’ll do

  • Document Review & Authentication: Meticulously examine driver onboarding documents (e.g., driver’s licenses, vehicle registrations, background checks, and identity proofs) to ensure accuracy, validity, and compliance with local regulations.
  • Data Entry & Management: Accurately update and maintain driver profiles within Lalamove’s internal database and proprietary tracking systems.
  • Driver Support & Communication: Reach out to prospective drivers via email, SMS, or phone to clarify discrepancies, request missing information, or guide them through the re-submission process.
  • SLA Maintenance: Meet or exceed daily and weekly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to processing volume, accuracy rates, and turnaround times (SLAs) to ensure a seamless driver onboarding experience.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with team leads to identify bottlenecks in the verification workflow and suggest automated or manual improvements.
  • Offline Acquisition Support: Assist the Driver Operations team during physical, offline driver recruitment drives, roadshows, and mass-onboarding events. This includes conducting face-to-face document verification, assisting drivers with the physical sign-up process, and representing the Lalamove brand on the ground.
  • Ad-hoc Tasks: Flexibly handle ad-hoc tasks and special operational projects as assigned by the Team Lead to support the evolving needs of the department.

What you’ll need

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree and studied in any related field.
  • Experience: 1–2 years of experience in data entry, document verification, compliance, customer support, or KYC (Know Your Customer) operations. Experience in the delivery or logistics industry is highly preferred.
  • Attention to Detail: Exceptional eagle-eye attention to detail; ability to spot inconsistencies or minor errors in documents quickly.
  • Tech Savviness: Proficient with CRM software, internal databases, and standard office tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Excel). Ability to adapt to new internal software quickly.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills for clear interaction with drivers and internal teams.
  • Time Management: Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment while maintaining high accuracy and organization.
