We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead one of our Engineering teams. You will play a pivotal role in the success of Lendscape, supporting your team to deliver consistently and reliably high-quality software products. You and your team will have operational ownership of the system you deliver. As a member of the Engineering Leadership team, you will have the opportunity to shape not just your team but the wider engineering function.

The Opportunity

Lendscape is at an exciting point in its engineering journey — actively investing in its people, practices, and platform to support continued product growth in the lending software market. Engineering is building out its leadership function, modernising its technical foundations, and raising the bar on how it delivers software. There is real momentum, and real work to be done.

For the right candidate, this role offers genuine strategic reach. Alongside leading your team, you will be an active contributor to Engineering’s growth — shaping hiring strategy, influencing technical direction, and helping define the culture and ways of working that will characterise the function for years to come. Teams at Lendscape are intentionally kept small to enable close, high-trust, high-impact leadership. This is not a role for someone who measures seniority by headcount; it is a role for someone who wants to build something excellent and leave a lasting mark on the organisation.
