How You’ll Make an Impact

• User Support:
  o   Provide help desk support to end-users experiencing issues with the ERP system.
  o   Respond to user inquiries, troubleshoot problems, and offer solutions.
• System Configuration:
  o   Configure and maintain the ERP system to align with organizational processes and requirements.
  o   Implement changes to the system as needed to support evolving business needs.
• Data Management:
  o   Oversee data integrity within the ERP system.
  o   Manage data imports, exports, and ensure accurate data entry.
• System Upgrades and Patch Management:
  o   Plan and execute ERP system upgrades.
  o   Integration with Other Systems
• Reporting and Analytics:
  o   Create and maintain reports and dashboards within the ERP system.
• Training:
  o   Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure they can effectively use the ERP system.
  o   Develop training materials and documentation.
• Security and Access Control:
  o   Implement and manage security protocols to safeguard sensitive data.
  o   Control user access rights and permissions within the ERP system.
• Issue Resolution:
  o   Investigate and resolve technical issues and system errors.
• Performance Monitoring:
  o   Monitor the performance of the ERP system and address any issues related to speed or responsiveness.
• Documentation:
  o   Maintain documentation related to system configurations, customizations, and processes.
  o   Keep documentation up to date with any changes or enhancements.
• Continuous Improvement:
  o   Identify opportunities for process improvement within the ERP system.
  o   Propose and implement enhancements to increase efficiency.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Experience with an ERP system is an advantage
• Basic (MS)SQL skills are advantagous
• Fluency in English and Hungarian
• Basic accounting knowledge and/or Epicor iScala ERP and Epicor Service Connect, iScala VBA is an advantage
