Your Mission :
We are looking for a self-driven and experienced Financial Controller to join our fast-growing Finance team.
Reporting to our Finance Team Lead (Reporting) you will be supporting the team on group and statutory reporting, reconciliations, audits and variance analysis, with a key focus on ensuring data accuracy and timely month‑end close.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee accounting and operational activities for a portfolio of group companies
- Ensure quality control over financial transactions and reporting, maintaining compliance with local GAAP / IFRS and internal policies
- Support and actively participate in the month-end and year-end closing processes
- Perform variance analysis during the month-end close process
- Build and monitor budgets and forecasts for assigned entities; analyze and explain variances and trends (actuals vs. comparative periods, forecast/budget)
- Ensure compliance with tax filings and statutory reporting requirements
- Provide financial insights and ad-hoc support to management
- Prepare and deliver financial statements as requested
- Provide support during internal and external audits.
- Identify gaps, monitor, and continuously improve internal controls, financial processes, policies, and procedures
