Welcome to The Eliott, Gibraltar’s finest hotel. We’re now looking for a Food & Beverage Manager to oversee all food and beverage operations across our property—someone who leads with confidence, delivers exceptional guest experiences, and ensures our outlets run smoothly and successfully.

The Food & Beverage Manager will oversee all restaurant, bar, and event service operations, leading a motivated team and ensuring service standards consistently exceed expectations. With a strong focus on quality, efficiency, and guest satisfaction, you will play a key role in shaping memorable dining experiences for our guests.

Your Role as Food & Beverage Manager:

  • Oversee all food and beverage outlets within the hotel, including restaurant, bar, and events

  • Lead, recruit, train, and develop the front-of-house team to deliver outstanding service

  • Ensure seamless day-to-day operations, maintaining high standards of service, presentation, and cleanliness

  • Manage stock, ordering, and cost control to achieve financial targets and minimise waste

  • Work closely with the Head Chef to align food and beverage offerings and deliver a cohesive guest experience

  • Drive revenue through effective upselling, promotions, and guest engagement

  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations

  • Bring strong leadership, energy, and organisation to a fast-paced environment

What We Are Looking For:

  • Proven experience in a Food & Beverage Manager or senior supervisory role within a quality hotel or restaurant

  • Strong commercial awareness with the ability to manage costs and drive revenue

  • A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills

  • Ability to remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment

  • Highly organised, proactive, and hands-on approach with attention to detail
