Welcome to The Eliott, Gibraltar’s finest hotel. We’re now looking for a Food & Beverage Manager to oversee all food and beverage operations across our property—someone who leads with confidence, delivers exceptional guest experiences, and ensures our outlets run smoothly and successfully.
The Food & Beverage Manager will oversee all restaurant, bar, and event service operations, leading a motivated team and ensuring service standards consistently exceed expectations. With a strong focus on quality, efficiency, and guest satisfaction, you will play a key role in shaping memorable dining experiences for our guests.

Your Role as Food & Beverage Manager:
Oversee all food and beverage outlets within the hotel, including restaurant, bar, and events
Lead, recruit, train, and develop the front-of-house team to deliver outstanding service
Ensure seamless day-to-day operations, maintaining high standards of service, presentation, and cleanliness
Manage stock, ordering, and cost control to achieve financial targets and minimise waste
Work closely with the Head Chef to align food and beverage offerings and deliver a cohesive guest experience
Drive revenue through effective upselling, promotions, and guest engagement
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations
Bring strong leadership, energy, and organisation to a fast-paced environment
What We Are Looking For:
Proven experience in a Food & Beverage Manager or senior supervisory role within a quality hotel or restaurant
Strong commercial awareness with the ability to manage costs and drive revenue
A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills
Ability to remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Highly organised, proactive, and hands-on approach with attention to detail
