A fast-growing, seed-funded B2B SaaS company in the AI-powered sales productivity space is looking for a Founding Product Manager to help shape the future of the product. You will partner directly with the CTPO to co-own product vision and strategy across Web, Desktop, and Mobile — blending strategic thinking with hands-on execution to build a scalable, high-quality product organization. This is a rare opportunity to define how AI-first and agentic experiences are built from the ground up.
What You'll Do

Design and build AI-first and agentic product experiences.

What We're Looking For
3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with a focus on engineering-heavy, technically complex products.
Proven track record delivering AI-powered features and managing the AI product lifecycle.
Experience as a Founding PM or Lead PM — you know how to build from early-stage.
End-to-end ownership mindset: from discovery through delivery and continuous iteration.
Strong data-driven decision making, with the ability to define and track meaningful KPIs and success metrics.
Strong technical fundamentals — either a technical education background or prior experience as an engineer.
Ability to align cross-functional stakeholders including engineers, designers, and executives.
Fluency in German is required.
Nice to Have
Experience with CRM integrations, sales productivity tools, or enterprise SaaS platforms.
Background working in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment.
Familiarity with GDPR compliance considerations in product design.
