Purpose of Position

  • CASETiFY is looking for an FP&A Analyst who will hit the ground running and thrive in a fast-paced environment to join our team. You will be dedicated to assisting with preparing the budget, forecast, financial analysis, and ad hoc projects.

 

Job Description

  • Compile and consolidate the group's monthly management accounts.
  • Produce management reports comparing actual performance against budget for management review.
  • Prepare segmented management reports for various business units for review.
  • Support the group budgeting and forecasting process on a monthly and annual basis.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of financial models.
  • Collaborate with internal business partners on various financial analyses.
  • Provide assistance with implementing the ERP system.
  • Generate ad hoc reports and participate in special projects as required.

 

Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • 3+ years of relevant professional experience; a recognized accounting qualification and Big 4 background are highly preferred.
  • Demonstrate exposure to finance operations within a multinational or regional headquarters environment.
  • Previous involvement in ERP system implementation will be considered an advantage.
  • Exhibit strong business acumen, an analytical mindset, and robust problem-solving capabilities.
  • Maintain close attention to detail with the ability to multitask and perform effectively under pressure.
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese; proficiency in Mandarin is a distinct plus.
