What You´ll Do

Field Production & Travel

  • Travel to assigned Destinus locations and external events with camera and drone equipment (company-provided or personal) to shoot photo and video content.
  • Capture high-quality footage of flight tests, production environments, product demos, and corporate events.
  • Operate FPV drone systems to produce dynamic, immersive aerial footage in complex operational environments.
  • Coordinate on-site with participating teams to align on task statements, timing, and logistics of each shoot.

Asset Management & Storage

  • Upload raw footage and photographs to the designated storage system promptly after each assignment.
  • Maintain and organize the company’s video and photo asset library, ensuring files are correctly labelled, versioned, and accessible to stakeholders.
  • Own the integrity and structure of the visual asset repository as the single point of accountability.

Project Coordination & Stakeholder Management

  • Receive and triage incoming shoot requests from various internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain own project management of assignments, including scheduling, prioritisation, and progress tracking.
  • Align with the Line Manager on priorities and capacity planning.
  • Coordinate with the travel team on logistics (flights, accommodation, transport).
  • Align with the marketing team on goals, OKRs, and content strategy for each assignment.

Compliance & Operational Readiness

  • Proactively identify and obtain all required permits, customs clearances, security checks, and drone flight permissions ahead of each assignment.
  • Ensure all documentation and authorisations are in place before the start of on-site operations.
  • Coordinate with internal support functions as needed but bear personal responsibility for preparedness.

Post-Production & Creative Collaboration

  • Collaborate with external or internal video production teams when footage is used in larger productions; provide source material, context, and hands-on support as required.
  • For smaller-scale deliverables (social media videos, photo galleries, quick-turnaround content), independently perform editing, colour correction, and final delivery.
  • Align with designers and the Brand Director on visual requirements, look and feel, and brand consistency for all self-produced outputs.
  • Submit all self-produced deliverables through the applicable review and approval process before publication.
