Front Office Supervisor (m/f/d)

As our Front Office Supervisor, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and managing the team in all aspects of the Front Office and work along with them. With your sparkling personality and your hands-on mentality, you provide the ultimate experience for our guests and your team.

This is what you're going to do

• Together with your team, you will ensure our guests will have the most heartfelt service

• You will supervise the team of Front Office Agents and Trainees

• You will be working closely with the housekeeping, maintenance and F&B department

• Welcoming and guiding guests, conference guests and group leaders

• Assist the daily operations on different departments

• Overseeing "Health and Safety" procedures & coordination of crises

• Handling complaints according to procedure.

This is why you are the best candidate

To succeed in this role, we believe you should have a minimum of 1 year work experience in a similar role. You speak and write fluently English and Dutch is preferable. It goes without saying that you have an affinity with hospitality, you are a natural and creative professional with good communication skills and know how to connect with different people and cultures. You are ambitious and not afraid to make mistakes and would like to work in a young, ambitious and dynamic team.
