Are you a warm, friendly educator, making a difference in the lives of students? We are looking for experienced and dedicated tutors who’ll provide personalised, 1:1 support for students in IGCSE History. These in-person sessions in Shepherd's Bush offer the chance to work closely with students, helping them build skills and confidence in a supportive and tailored learning environment.

  • This job is in person in the Shepherd's Bush area.
  • Hour(s): 1 hour per week
  • Contract Length: Indefinite
  • Available Day(s) and Time(s): Monday or Wednesday after 5pm
  • Subject and Level: IGCSE History

  • Rate of Pay: £30 p/h

What You'll Do:

  • Provide tuition that is appropriate for the individuals/groups needs and study level.
  • Plan engaging lessons tailored to the unique needs of each student.
  • Provide targeted support for students.
  • Assess barriers to learning and create a positive and supportive learning environment.
  • Monitor progress, produce reports and adapt teaching strategies to achieve measurable outcomes.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the curriculum content and qualification frameworks you're providing subject tuition in.
  • Regularly reporting updates to the Tuition Programmes Manager.
