About the Role
We are looking for a General Foreman to join our Operations team on our project in Atlanta, GA. This is a full-time position.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Field Supervision in coordinating, managing and supervising field teams in the execution of assigned tasks and providing front line leadership to our field associates, including laborers, carpenters and operators.
- Organize and monitor the work of subcontractors on site and ensure work is completed safely with a focus on quality, on time and within budget.
- Ability to operate total station instrument, transit, Auto level and other surveying instruments.
Qualifications
Required:
- Qualified candidates will possess up to 4 years of experience in coordinating workflow for construction sites.
- Experience in scheduling, material management, manpower and coordinating inspections.
- Candidates will also possess strong communication skills, time management and will lead with integrity.
- Must be agile/mobile, remain alert, be able to stand or walk for long periods of time, use fingers, hands & arms to reach, handle and manipulate objects, climb up/down ladders, scaffolds, and other objects.
- Work on uneven surfaces/heights, be able to read/write, and can see & hear well either naturally or with correction.
- Must be able to lift and carry materials of all shapes and sizes weighing 50-100 lbs., 75% of the time.

- Individuals must work in an OSHA compliant safety environment.
- Must be able to work outside.
- Must be able to work overtime and weekend hours.
- Punctuality and promptness are required every day.
