Are you ready to join us?

As Global Sales Enablement Manager, you are the driving force behind dedicated enablement topics and ensure that 300+ commercial professionals across four Profit Centers sell with sharper skills, consistent execution, and measurable impact on revenue.

Tasks:

  • Own global enablement topics end to end: define the program hypothesis, build content, run it through activation gates, and continuously evolve it based on data and field feedback

  • Design structured programs with clear learning objectives, audience segmentation, activation plans, and success metrics that go well beyond one-off trainings

  • Partner across the matrix with other Global Enablement Managers, Sales Operations, L&D, Product Marketing, and Profit Center leadership to align priorities and drive adoption

  • Adapt and roll out programs locally for GSAA in German, including tailored materials and live sessions

  • Coach hands-on with German-speaking teams through call reviews, deal coaching, and skill practice with reps and front-line managers

  • Measure and report impact on ramp time, win rate, deal velocity, content usage, and revenue influence to keep programs accountable to business outcomes

Profile:

  • 3+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Training, or Revenue Enablement in B2B, ideally with global or multi-region exposure

  • Strong conceptual thinker who can build a framework or program from a blank page and bring structure to ambiguity

  • Proven experience designing and delivering selling-skills or performance programs and connecting them to manager coaching rhythms

  • Comfortable operating in a matrix organization and influencing senior stakeholders without direct authority

  • Strong facilitation and coaching skills with the ability to engage audiences across cultures and seniority levels

  • Fluent in German and English

  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce and modern enablement tooling; working knowledge of Seismic, Vinton, and Power BI is a plus

  • Analytical, data-driven mindset with a natural instinct to tie enablement activities back to commercial outcomes

  • Prior front-line sales or Client Success experience is a plus

  • Management consulting background or comparable structured problem-solving experience is a plus
