With more than 80 million followers worldwide, including many of the sport's greatest players, we are the largest online football platform in the world. Through close relationships with players, clubs and leagues, we operate inside the locker room, capturing moments fans never had access to before.
Behind the content is a marketing engine where conversion, retention and timing are everything.
YOUR POSITION ON THE FIELD
We have an exciting opportunity for a Growth & Engagement Marketeer to join our Marketing team. In this role, you will work on driving app growth and engagement, translating 433's massive social presence into an active, loyal app audience. You'll work closely with three teammates and report directly to the Marketing Lead, with a clear path to grow into that role yourself.
PLAYER PROFILE
Executing cross-channel campaigns and social-to-app tactics that convert our massive social audiences into active app users.
Operating push notifications and in-app messaging to drive user retention, utilising Airship or similar marketing automation platforms.
Collaborating closely with the content and design teams to deploy campaigns using provided visual and text assets, ensuring seamless execution aligned with platform moments.
Analysing funnel performance to identify operational drop-off points between our social channels and the app.
Staying sharp on app store optimisation, lifecycle marketing and mobile growth trends.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We're looking for someone who thinks in funnels but acts on instinct. Someone who doesn't just report on conversion rates, but asks why they are what they are and knows what to do about it.
You have experience with:
App growth marketing, specifically converting social or organic reach into active app users (No paid advertising execution required).
Mobile CRM and lifecycle marketing execution.
Operating marketing automation or push notification platforms (Basic experience is expected)
Hands-on experience with Airship or similar platforms is a strong plus.
Campaign analytics and performance reporting.
Working in fast-moving, content-driven environments.
Experience with football, sports, or entertainment apps is a plus. Understanding of social-first audiences, how they behave, what they respond to and how to move them, is essential.
WHO YOU ARE?
As a Growth & Engagement Marketeer at 433, you are:
Goal-oriented, determined and passionate about (social) media and football culture.- A hands-on executor who loves getting things done without losing momentum.
Comfortable working in a small, high-ownership team where operational excellence is key.
Data-informed but not data-paralysed.
Excited by the idea of learning fast and growing into a lead role as the team and platform scale.
Educated to a minimum of HBO (higher vocational education) level in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
Fluent in English, with strong communication skills (Dutch is a plus).
Lives in the Amsterdam area and loves coming into the office.
