Role Overview
We are looking for a high-ownership leader to drive growth, retention, and recurring revenue for the soundbox subscription business. The role requires managing the complete merchant subscription lifecycle, including acquisition quality, renewals, merchant engagement, churn reduction, and operational execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Subscription Growth: Drive merchant onboarding, ensure high-quality acquisition, improve activation-to-paid conversion, and expand the active merchant base.
- Retention & Renewals: Improve renewal rates, reduce churn, and build win-back strategies for inactive merchants.
- Merchant Lifecycle Management: Own the end-to-end journey, ensure active product usage, and coordinate service support to improve satisfaction.
- Revenue Ownership: Drive Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR), improve collections efficiency, and monitor subscription funnel metrics.
- Team Management: Manage field sales and retention teams, monitor productivity, and drive performance reviews.
- Analytics & Governance: Analyze churn and activation trends, track performance dashboards, and identify fraud or activation risks.
Preferred Skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Hands-on experience with SQL, dashboards, reporting, and business analytics
• Expertise in building automated reporting frameworks and KPI monitoring systems
• Ability to convert large datasets into actionable business insights and growth opportunities
