About the team:
The Growth team is at the intersection of marketing, operations and data science. We sit in Marketing & Analytics, and work with every team in the company to help them achieve their objectives. The end goal of everything we do is to help the company and all the events we run grow at an accelerated rate using a data-driven, technically-orientated approach. Our north star is growing numbers and improving processes all across the company.
What you'll do
Analyse & Advise: Identify inefficiencies across our GTM and marketing ops workflows and recommend data-driven improvements
Build & Automate: Develop lightweight and heavy automations and integrations using Python, APIs, and automation tools (Zapier, Pipedream, etc) to reduce manual effort and improve data flows
Own CRM Quality: Work within Salesforce to manage data integrity, build workflows, and support the broader revenue and marketing teams
Bridge the Gap: Act as the connective tissue between technical engineers and non-technical marketing or commercial stakeholders, confidently translating in both directions
Leverage AI Tooling: Use LLM-powered tools (including Claude Code and agentic workflows) to accelerate analysis, automate tasks, and explore new capabilities
Evaluate & Adopt: Continuously assess new tools and technologies, with a genuine appetite for improving our tech stack.
Collaborate & Communicate: Contribute actively in cross-functional projects, producing clear documentation, presentations, and recommendations for varied audiences
