At T-Tech, we're looking for a Halo Analyst / Platform Champion who is passionate about transforming service operations through automation, AI, and continuous improvement. This is not a traditional support role – it's an opportunity to take ownership of a business-critical platform, shape its future direction, and deliver meaningful change across the organisation.
You'll be the internal champion for Halo PSA, working closely with stakeholders across Service Desk, Operations, and Service Management to ensure the platform continues to evolve, scale, and deliver value. With the support of external Halo specialists, you'll define the roadmap, prioritise enhancements, and lead initiatives that improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.

What You'll Be Doing
Champion Halo PSA
- Act as the internal owner and advocate for Halo PSA.
- Ensure the platform aligns with T-Tech's operational and service objectives.
- Promote best practices and maximise platform adoption across the business.
Lead the Halo Roadmap
- Define, prioritise, and manage the Halo development roadmap.
- Work closely with external Halo partners to deliver enhancements and new functionality.
- Ensure platform developments deliver measurable business value.
Drive Automation & AI Innovation
- Lead initiatives focused on automation, AI adoption, and intelligent workflows.
- Implement solutions such as automated triage, intelligent ticket routing, and workflow optimisation.
- Identify opportunities to reduce manual effort and improve service delivery.
Deliver Efficiency & Scale
- Drive improvements that increase productivity and operational efficiency.
- Reduce reliance on manual processes and first-line intervention.
- Support the organisation's growth through scalable service management practices.
Collaborate Across the Business
- Partner with Service Desk, Operations, and Service Management teams.
- Gather feedback, understand challenges, and translate requirements into platform improvements.
- Ensure Halo supports real-world operational needs.
Continuous Improvement
- Monitor platform performance and governance.
- Identify opportunities for optimisation and enhancement.
- Keep Halo evolving to meet changing business requirements.
