Qureight’s mission is to accelerate clinical trials and ensure breakthroughs in lung and heart disease reach patients without delay. Our AI-powered data and imaging curation platform enables the analysis of clinical imaging and other healthcare data, helping our customers bring treatments to market, faster.

We’re looking for talented people who want their work to matter. With offices in Cambridge and London, you’ll join our multidisciplinary team of clinicians, scientists, and engineers. What unites us is our open culture, continuous learning mindset, and a shared mission to help biopharma run faster, smarter trials.

About the role

As Qureight scales, we are building the operational backbone required to deliver at pace, without compromising on scientific rigour or regulatory compliance. We have strong commercial traction with global biopharma partners and the infrastructure, workflows and quality frameworks needed to support complex global trials. The next stage is to ensure that we continue to develop new disease AI models, turn these into commercial products and get them out of the door into our customers’ hands. This requires the entire company to be joined up and focused on the right tasks.

We are therefore looking for an exceptional Head of Programme Management to play a pivotal role in organising our work across product development and commercial partnerships at Qureight. We need to translate cutting-edge ML models into validated, deployable, revenue-generating solutions used in clinical trials and drug development. Reporting to the COO, this is a high-impact leadership position at the heart of the organisation, responsible for embedding a robust OKR-driven operating model and ensuring alignment across science, engineering, clinical, and commercial teams.

Working at the cutting edge of AI, imaging, and clinical operations, you will bring structure to complexity, driving clarity, focus, and execution across a deeply technical and regulated environment, while enabling teams to do their best work. This job will help shape how Qureight operates as we become a global leader in the imaging CRO ecosystem.

What you will do...

  • Own and embed the OKR framework across the company, driving alignment from leadership through to execution.
  • Lead delivery and execution of our ML-based product suite
    • Coordinate across ML, engineering, clinical, and commercial teams to ensure delivery against an ambitious, evolving product roadmap.
    • Work closely and collaboratively with Product Management.
    • Design and manage the programme delivery budget.
    • Manage timelines, dependencies, and delivery risk in a research-heavy environment.
  • Partner directly with senior leadership on strategy and execution, providing delivery timeline, cost and risk updates.
  • Lead and develop three Project Managers, building a high-performing, scalable team.
  • Operate as a cross-functional force multiplier, aligning stakeholders across science, engineering, clinical, and commercial teams.
  • Bring discipline to delivery in a complex environment spanning AI/ML development and GxP-regulated processes
  • Influence at all levels, using judgment, credibility, and soft power to navigate competing priorities
  • Establish best-in-class programme management practices, tools, and rhythms to support performance tracking and rapid scaling.
  • Anticipate and de-risk execution challenges, particularly in product development and delivery.
