Albert Bartlett is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable HR Advisor to join our Human Resources team. As a key member of the HR department, you will provide expert advice and support across a wide range of employee relations and HR initiatives, ensuring that our workforce is engaged, supported, and compliant with all relevant employment legislation.

Shift & Hours of work: Monday to Friday - Fixed Shift, working 08:00hrs to 16:30hrs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance and support on all aspects of employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and performance management.
  • Offer assistance and support with recruitment for hourly paid roles including posting of roles, issuing of contracts and onboarding new starters.
  • Maintain Time and Attendance systems, managing employee absence and conducting absence meetings where appropriate.
  • Support with the preparation and processing of payroll
  • Advise on HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation to ensure compliance and best practices.
  • Assist with employee engagement initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and reports.
  • Contribute to HR projects aimed at improving employee experience and organisational effectiveness.
