Position Overview:
This is a strategic and hands-on role for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys working closely with team leads and project managers. Reporting directly to the HR Director, you’ll be a key partner in shaping the company’s people strategy and culture. As an HR BP, you’ll have real influence on how teams grow, perform, and collaborate. Your mission will be to drive engagement, support onboarding and trial processes, develop talent, and strengthen a culture of trust and performance. This role offers the opportunity to make a visible impact — helping leaders build high-performing teams and aligning people initiatives with ambitious business goals.
Responsibilities:
- Manage onboarding and smooth integration of new hires
- Oversee and monitor the trial period process, including goal setting and evaluation with TLs and PMs
- Ensure timely completion and documentation of internal trials
- Conduct offboarding for employees who do not pass trials or leave the company (including remote staff)
- Foster employee engagement and strengthen company culture
- Conduct 1:1 meetings and team health checks to identify risks and improvement areas
- Support TLs and PMs in managing low performance and resolving team conflicts
- Participate in performance review cycles, motivation programs, and employee development initiatives (hard and soft skills)
