RESPONSIBILITIES

  • . HR Project Execution
  • - Participate in the end-to-end execution of the Xsolla School campus recruitment project, including project plan tracking, key milestone management, and cross-departmental coordination.
  • - Assist in developing and maintaining project task lists, tracking progress of responsible persons, and proactively flagging potential delays or risks.
  • - Support the planning and on-the-ground execution of key project milestones such as Kick-off Day orientation, monthly assessments, and Demo Day.
  • - Coordinate with different stakeholders to follow up on Xsolla School creative materials (branding/design assets).
  • II. Administrative Operations Support
  • - Assist with daily administrative tasks during the project period, including office supplies procurement and management, document filing, and meeting room coordination.
  • - Participate in the administrative coordination of online/offline project events, including venue booking, equipment setup, catering arrangements, and participant guidance.
  • - Maintain project administrative SOPs and common templates (e.g., notification templates, sign-in sheets, supply lists) to improve operational efficiency.
  • III. HR Data Management & Operational Support
  • - Build and maintain recruitment funnel dashboards, regularly tracking conversion rates at each stage (application → screening → assessment → interview → offer).
  • - Support the production of periodic project data reports, providing key data (candidate quality, schedule variances, etc.) to the HR lead.
  • - After project completion, help consolidate full project data to support post‑mortem review and improvement recommendations.

REQUIREMENTS

  • - Current undergraduate or graduate student. Majors in Human Resources, Business Administration, Administrative Management, Communications, Chinese Language/Literature, or related fields preferred.
  • - Strong project execution and documentation management skills; ability to move multiple workstreams forward simultaneously.
  • - Fluent written Chinese; ability to independently draft emails, reports, and process documentation
