Join our team as an HSQE Manager / Técnico Superior de Segurança no Trabalho and support Q Energy’s growing construction and operational activities in Portugal, including PV plants, wind farms, battery storage, and other renewable energy projects.
The role within the QHSE Iberia team provides HSQE support both on‑site and at the Porto office, covering compliance with legal and corporate requirements, risk management, internal audits and site inspections, internal trainings, and the implementation of QHSE management system standards.

Your responsibilities:
- Deploy and maintain the QHSE management system in line with the group’s strategy and policies
- Ensure compliance with Portuguese QHSE regulations and support QHSE certifications
- Monitor processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the organization
- Support local teams in implementing QHSE procedures, processes and management tools
- Perform internal audits and site inspections (offices, construction and operational sites) and support external audits
- Coordinate key QHSE activities including mandatory trainings, medical exams, waste management, environmental compliance and PPE management
- Support the reporting, investigation and follow-up of incidents, non-conformities and corrective actions
- Manage supplier evaluation processes and customer satisfaction monitoring, driving improvement actions
