Your Mission
We are looking for a Insights and Reporting Manager to join our fast-growing Insights and Reporting team. Reporting to our Senior Insights and Reporting Manager, you will be supporting the team on shaping the success of our Commercial Sales teams with a key focus on managing and enhancing our core reference datasets.
Key Responsibilities
- Reference Data Governance: Establish and maintain standards for reference data, ensuring alignment across systems
- Data Quality Management: Monitor, validate, and cleanse reference data to maintain accuracy and integrity.
- Process Development: Design and implement processes for updating and managing reference data, including version control and audit trails.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Commercial, Finance, Product, and Operations teams to understand data requirements and resolve discrepancies.
- Global Support: Flexible global support to our Commercial Teams across multiple time zones
- Reporting Enablement: Ensure reference data supports accurate reporting and analytics in tools such as Power BI and Salesforce.
- Pricing Support: Build out the key pricing datasets and support price, cost and profit analysis.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to automate and streamline data management processes.
- Documentation: Maintain clear documentation of data dictionaries, reference data structures, processes, and governance policies.
