CC&L USA is seeking an Intern to join our Greenwich-based Institutional Business Development (IBD) Team for a 3-month term from June to August 2026.
At Connor, Clark & Lunn USA, you will be part of a dynamic, fast-paced work environment with opportunities for learning and growth. You will be a member of a collaborative market focused team. This is an opportunity to support an experienced group of investment management professionals in a variety of tasks as you join the dialogue between some of the largest institutional investors globally and a top 100 Asset Manager.
What You Will Do
- Perform data reconciliation, data entry, and auditing for US team reporting.
- Populate and maintain market and prospect/client data in our internal CRM (Salesforce).
- Create presentations on behalf of our affiliates for external audiences.
- Assist in gathering data to support investor due diligence across multiple asset classes.
- Provide ad hoc support to a team of senior executives at a fast-growing global asset manager as needed.
What You Bring
The IBD Intern position is geared toward students either in their third/fourth year of an undergraduate degree with a focus on Finance, Business Administration, and/or Economics. We are seeking ambitious students with a strong academic track record, who are interested in making an impact on the market presence for CC&L.
In addition to the above, the successful candidate will have:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as in partnership with other team members, combined with a positive, can-do attitude
- Strong organizational and time management skills, the ability to multi-task and work autonomously
- Advanced knowledge of MS Suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Adobe Acrobat
- Understanding capital markets and investment management is an asset
