We are seeking a motivated and commercially focused Internal Sales Specialist – Insulation Specification to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with experience in insulation products, building materials, or construction sales who is passionate about delivering technical solutions and building strong customer relationships.

In this role, you will work closely with architects, specifiers, contractors, developers, and internal sales teams to drive specification opportunities and support the successful delivery of insulation solutions across residential, commercial, and industrial projects.

This role will be office based in our new head office in Dunshaughlin, Co Meath.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage insulation specification opportunities from enquiry through to project completion.
  • Provide expert technical advice on insulation products, applications, building regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Prepare and follow up on quotations, project pricing, and specification submissions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, developers, and key customers.
  • Identify and convert specification opportunities into sales orders.
  • Support external sales teams by providing technical and commercial expertise.
  • Liaise with suppliers and manufacturers regarding product specifications, technical documentation, and project requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of projects, quotations, and customer interactions within CRM systems.
  • Monitor market activity, competitor products, and emerging industry trends.
  • Work collaboratively with procurement, operations, and customer service teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
