The IT Administrator will work with Recurly’s IT infrastructure. They will perform both technical and administrative tasks to ensure the functionality, efficiency, and satisfaction of Recurly’s corporate staff.

The IT Administrator must be knowledgeable in macOS software and systems. The role requires critical thinking and problem solving with high attention to detail. Since end-user support and teamwork are important aspects of the role, excellent communication and people skills are required.

Responsible for

  • Provide technical support and training for end users 
  • Assist with the configuration and deployment of end-user systems
  • Install and configure software and hardware (OS, applications, etc)
  • Collaborate with other teams to maintain standards and functionality
  • Maintain inventory levels such as equipment, peripherals, etc.
  • Ensure meeting room functionality and organization*
  • Provide A/V assistance for company meetings*
  • Keep IT related supplies clean and organized*
  • Demonstrates an understanding of Recurly's Security & Compliance procedures (e.g. In-Scope & Out of Scope systems and employees)
  • Implements configuration and administrative updates to applications with moderate supervision/direction
  • Able to author clear and effective internal technical documentation, and end-user support documentation
  • Provides timely, helpful/actionable feedback to peers and managers
