Your Role

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing complex IT projects in a fast-paced financial institution environment. Your primary focus will be on ensuring successful delivery of project deliverables within the constraints of schedule, scope, and budget. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including development, QA, infrastructure, and business units.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project management artifacts, including project plans, status reports, risk and issue logs, and software artifacts in JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint.
  • Establish and oversee Agile ceremonies, including daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate effectively with all levels, from senior management to project team members.
  • Conduct regular meetings with project team members to track progress and provide status updates to key stakeholders.
  • Prioritise activities, address risks/issues, and manage resources efficiently across various departments.
  • Build a collaborative and productive team environment, driving accountability towards critical milestones and deadlines.
  • Anticipate and address potential impediments to team delivery and administer metrics tracking.
