About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Compliance Officer

to join our growing team. This role is heavily focused on customer-facing

compliance activities, particularly completing security and due diligence

questionnaires.

You will become a subject matter expert in our product to confidently and

accurately respond to customer security queries, while also supporting

internal compliance initiatives such as ISO and SOC 2.

Key Responsibilities

  • Primary Focus: Customer Security & Compliance Questionnaires
  • Own and manage the completion of customer due diligence requests, including security questionnaires, RFPs, and vendor assessments
  • Act as the central point of contact for all customer compliance and security queries
  • Develop deep product knowledge to provide accurate, consistent, and high-quality responses
  • Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Legal teams to gather and validate information

Additional Responsibilities

  • Support ISO and SOC 2 audit processes, including control monitoring and evidence collection
  • Assist in maintaining internal compliance documentation and controls
  • Participate in internal audits and track remediation activities
  • Contribute to improving processes for handling customer compliance requests
