We are seeking a Service Desk Executive to provide exceptional support to our clients,

primarily production companies, international broadcasters, and content suppliers. The

ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with a keen eye for detail and the ability

to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist and support users with system-related queries to resolve them in a timely manner
  • Offer a seamless client experience by accurately interpreting and resolving queries
  • Build and maintain positive relationships between reputed production companies, international broadcasters, and content suppliers
  • Set up and manage client accounts on the company systems
  • Facilitate communication between broadcasters and production companies
  • Troubleshoot user-related issues to provide accurate and appropriate solutions
  • Prepare documents relating to the Service Desk workflow
