If you want to:

  • Lead a team of Localization Project Managers and Language Owners, while staying hands-on when needed;

  • Build and scale localization workflows, tools, and processes to support a global product;

  • Ensure linguistic quality, cultural relevance, and brand consistency across all localized content;

  • Shape and drive localization strategies that support product, marketing, and business goals;

  • Stay up to date with industry trends and actively explore new approaches to improve efficiency and quality, including AI and automation.

  • Experience working in an in-house localization team, ideally in a leadership role;

  • Data-driven mindset with a proven track record of creating and using performance dashboards;

  • Solid knowledge of localization workflows, CAT tools, and translation management systems integrated directly into an agile software development environment;

  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills;

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities across different projects.
