Job description

5 - 6 months of internship in the Department of Logistics!

Are you the one?

Join our Logistics Import–Export Team and help us keep the global flow of fresh fruits and vegetables running smoothly. From supporting import, export, and cross‑trade operations to assisting with customs procedures and logistics coordination, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our products reach customers around the world. If you’re detail‑oriented, organized, and eager to learn how international logistics really works, we’d love to welcome you to the team.

Your passion – our daily business

• You will support shipment planning (import/export) and system updates.
• You will assist in logistics coordination with suppliers, clients, warehouses, and agents.
• You will collect, review, and organize transport and customs documentation.
• You will provide support in basic customs clearance processes.
• You will monitor goods in transit and update shipment status.
• You will identify issues and escalate them to the team.
• You will support internal communication and coordination with logistics partners.
• You will enter data, register invoices, and keep system information up to date.
• You will assist with administrative tasks and provide general team support.

Requirements

What you’ll bring along

• You are currently studying a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• You are responsible, motivated, and eager to learn.
• You are creative, open-minded, able to work independently, and enjoy teamwork.
• You are fluent in Spanish and English; additional languages are a plus.
• You can provide an internship agreement through your university or a scholarship program.
• You have a strong knowledge of Excel and feel comfortable working with data.
• You show interest in international logistics, supply chain processes, and documentation.
• You have an analytical mindset and a proactive attitude in problem-solving.
